I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” — Brené Brown

For Businesses

In support of our vision, we provide coaching services to businesses and individuals to help them to understand, celebrate and integrate different ways of thinking, to improve communication across barriers, and to cultivate inclusive leadership and diverse teams, with the result of improving employee wellbeing and increasing overall creativity, relevance and productivity.

As a woman, I have spent 20+ years working on and with technical teams, both in individual contributor and in leadership roles. As a person who has worked with many neurodivergent/autistic people, I have experience with facilitating communication and coordination across neurotypes.

Coaching options include individual and team packages with managers and their teams, and laser coaching for specific problems.

For Families

In support of our vision, we provide autism-accepting coaching services to neurodiverse families to help family members understand each others’ challenges and to improve communication and collaboration among all family members. With parents, we focus on coaching for empathy, listening, collaboration, and proactive problem solving. We also coach parents on navigating the process of therapy selection.

As a neurotypical parent of an autistic child who is now an adult, I have experienced personally many ups and downs related to how neurological differences affect a family. I specialize in coaching parents in their interactions with children of different neurotypes.

Coaching options include ongoing parent coaching (with one or both parents), and focused coaching on therapy selection.
